Surprise, it isn’t. Anyone else notice the drop rates are increased significantly?
I played the CW Meltdown event for three straight days and didn’t get a single CW case. But I played about 2 hours of DB yesterday, and damn, Event Case right off the bat.
Was I lucky or did SD actually take in our feedback?
Well I got 2 within 7 games on the CW event - however I’ve got none thus far from the WtD event.
It’s RNG. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. It’s hard to base a possible “increase in drop-rate” off of one person, so as usual, there will be a survey post-event, asking people what they thought 
And it will include the mandatory “how many did you get?” question - then we will see for sure. 
I am 101% sure the chances are way lower now. It’s a week not 3-days. Many people dropped some, and Nexon don’t wanna people drop them.
It is a 10% drop. compare that to the 0.3 chance to what you get in regular cases and it’s a pretty big number.
This is about the chance of you getting a guaranteed event loadout case instead of a regular dickens case after a match, not the chance between regular and elite cases dropping dickens loadouts.
Well i hope it’s higher because i would like to get at least one of those loadouts since i don’t have any CW ones. But i’ll probably end up buying 10 dickens elite cases so it doesn’t matter that much

The thread is about the 100% droppable cases, not Elite cases we can buy. I just got that he totally misunderstood the thread.
Whatever the exact number it is it’s way too low. Of course 2 hours of playing and nada. I won’t hold my breath, i know how it’s going to end.
Now if only the week long event didn’t land right in the middle of that one week a year I go to see and spend time with friends and family 
Played ~20h during CW meltdown and got 0 cases. Played first game today, even before they we’re supposed to drop, and got a WTD case. Don’t you just love RNG?
Or maybe, just maybe, it actually is based on dumb luck, and this time you have better luck than last time 
I got one event case yesterday by just playing around one hour. Event case gave me Fletcher and a normal equipment case again gave me special event Fletcher.
I got 2 for CW event and i got 1 so far for this event
me neither, but in the post match screen.

RNG is understandable however it becomes infuriating to players when they play an enormous amount of time and simply not get a event load out.
RNG is completely fine however with event cases it should be for every match you play and don’t get the case, you increase your chances of getting one by 1%.
I haven’t spent any money on this event, so am not expecting to get a ‘rng’ drop.

Not “instead”, you can receive usual case AND guaranteed case at the same time.
