EU-servers with pings >65 out of germany and a "laggy" gameplay?

So, as a german “Telekom”-customer, I got three sorts of eu-servers I connect to, 38-42 ping, 54-56 ping, and these 65-72 ping ones.
On the 65-72± ones, I always got problems, with hitboxes beeing way-off, getting hit, especially by explosions, seems to be “lagging” my game, and somehow everything feels a bit chopy. I guess they northern-europe-servers, as swedisch and dutch people told me those were “their better-ping-one”.

Anybody else experiencing this, anything known about it? A bad routing from my ISP, or these server beeing a bit weird in general?

Just played with a mate, his connection is a cable 200/10mbit connection, pinging these (as I call them) eu-high-ping servers with 48. He also shot holes in the air.
Any chancee you get the peering of your servers (guessing the amsterdam-ones (as I don’t think it’s the london-ones, as i usually got a good connection to the old-isle)) in order?
