Xp and stats stuff corrected in Etsk 1.0.2.
Also added missing weapons to light weapon skill modificators since it seems to not be
intentional from the developers as pointed out by someone in this forum.
Added weapons are:
-akimbos silenced/not silenced
-non scoped rifles
