1080p with Fraps is very unlikely to be smooth even on very good PCs. 720p is still quite ok when fullscreen.

Small question: what’s the fov u used in movie? Seems like 110 or something. Might be a good idea to use 90 next time (but there will be no next time I guess) :slight_smile:

I used 110, I prefer higher fov’s since that’s what I normally play with. Putting it in 90 looks weird to me lol. One thing I would of loved to use was the ET style hud you see in mamut.si, but afaik that isn’t possible now. Damn, now I can troll people over spelling since I can’t spell. :frowning:

What I liked :

  • etqw
  • frags on snotling and tirok
  • nice character’s policy
  • very good quality (1080pp nice one ! )

What I disliked

  • Ecano disguised as a sGs, omg you paella !
  • Mrwert trolling your footages by throwing you snails in the eyes instead of shooting
  • the music (I was afraid to hear " hit your body on the floor woooooo " but uf, that didn’t happen, close)
  • the intro, 4kings should have setted copyrights on their video
  • the moment when you shoot this ZUBR guy through the smoke is so :confused:

Nice vid btw, makes me wanna one video I about us I did long time ago, and I didn’t post it because I thought no one would ever read this forum anymore (fortunatly snotling still does).

… I received mails from people who want me to organise ETQW cups, maybe I should try something ?

Thanks! Like I said before, music is subjective to taste (and I like it so meh). The shooting through the smoke was just seeing the player name and health bar pop u

Word on the street is that the “D” stands for “Damn, these guys are pretty good and wipe the floor with the A lineup!” :smiley:

I have no idea where the gui files (I’m guessing?) are kept, or how to edit them. :frowning:

Edit:

Found them, but I can find anything referring to the kill feed/obituary (e.g. player.teamname [weapon] player.teamname ; I know that’s not what it would appear as, but I couldn’t find anything :frowning: )

Download “That’s What You Get” by Samurai and it comes with one. (It’s the one I used, with some changes).

I tried cfg from TWYG and This Is What I Get

:confused: Everything looks so… grey and drab … And it’s not cause of gamma or brightness. I checked different values.

So “HIGH” (colorful) was looking my old cfg which unfortunately I can’t find.

Shouldn’t look like that, It didn’t for me… It could just be colour correct post production though.

It could be that configs from other accounts are getting mixed in with it. (e.g. if you load up to an account with low graphics etc, then switch to a high one without quitting before hand you get as rex calls it a “hybrid” config. Try starting the game up into the high quality config.

Smooth foliage is just for foliage (bushes, grass etc). It depends on how much of you’re video will be looking at grass. :smiley:
