Yea i think red and yellow bars in the lag0meter is what everyone experiences with 0, it probably does make the game slightly more laggier, however since ive used it for quite a while it seems normal. Alot of promod players use it at 0, as it gives the best hit detection against players. But just use whatever is comfortable for you and that you get the best hit detection and smoothest gameplay. I always use 20 on vanilla servers now but I put it back to 0 when playing pro mod.
