No. After hitting head 3 times, i see only 2 helmets.
But if I hit head once, and second time is after 1 second (for example), i see normal 1 helmet.

I also think it happens within a second. I have seen more helmets with custom fast-shooting weapons. I remember an etpub’er tried to fix it, but had to give it a rest.
“Double helmets” give protection for each headshot. But it only happens when you have that cvar “Ammopacks restore helmets” on.

3) Can Someone Break the Limitation of 99 maps ? From where is coming that limitation ? : from the MODs or from ETDED?
4) Can someone Break the Limitation of 32 map Vote at Intermission… (If reduced to 1 vote By Player was OK)

Those limitations are in mods afaik.

But i’m not sure where you have that 99 maps limit actually. Could you explain that? Do you have crash? Or another problem with 100 map? After look at code, i see that limit is 128, but probably only for UI.

To explain to those that read us : Sure objectivecycle.cfg rotation max is 99 but that is not the problem we are speaking about 
** Because we are speaking of the amount of maps .PK3 that can be managed by an ETPub based Server.
(more about the .bsp inside the .PK3)
Since I have encountered some problems with too much maps I do a calculation like that for the moment…
99 - less 6 standard maps = mean suggested like 94 maps max.
I admit I am perhaps wrong… But I take care since I have encountered problems When I have tried to add more maps :
I have got some crashs for example when I have tried to use up to 132 maps (If I remember well… perhaps 124 hard to remember) on ETPub 0.9.1
It have crashed on very normal maps like Stargate 1945 for example.
I have got the crash on ETPub 0.9.1 Windows with Real Players only like 22… And on Linux like 24 bots (P4 3GHz) only in Local.
You can use some bots to simulate the actions of players was a good test too 
But sure it require to find the good setting to not overload the server configuration
(at home for local use “with bot only” and “not flooding”)
You can say me : with crash “max gamestate chars exceeded” should be no link between number of maps and number of players : But I suspect in some cases seems to be.
Note 1: I have already suspected some possible memory management problems with Omnibot (example when Human Players appear “as Bot no ping” when a client connect : was it simply a Client Text bug or a real Memory management problem on the server side ??? : you can certainly better know that than me I do not look in the C code source…)
Note 2 : Some persons seems not to trust me, but for example I think that “max gamestate chars exceeded” can arrive also when too much UDP Flooding : but if Server correctly protected problem is solved (example : patched antiflood ETDED solve that); but that is not the question we speak about today.
Linux version seems more Stable “regarding that crash with big number of maps”
** But It can take sometimes many hours to get the crash.
The error I got in return with too much map was the Known Vicious : “max gamestate chars exceeded”
But sure Some kind of Flood exploit could have contribute to the crash (as explain previously)… But I have tested also in Local with bots same problems, mean was not linked to a possible text flooding I have normally, in the past, correctly take care of that point…
Since I have reduce my amount of maps to what I said (.bsp 94), I have never encountered anymore that error:
perhaps only with the presence of 2 maps that I have identified that contribute to “max gamestate chars exceeded”.
** I admit I am perhaps wrong on some points because we learn every days about some errors, and because there are sometimes many complex factors…** It mean was sometimes hard to define the real cause of problems…

Seriously, I am not sure that ETPub’s Modders have really taken the time to add 128 or 512 maps to test if the maps management really work with a big number of maps : because those kind of tests need time (and too reals maps with the real files that coming with : “mean not simply name simulation”)
It exist one MOD that manage a big number of map Ultra-ET but I do not know technical aspects concerning that MOD because seems to “not be Public distribution”…
I have a remark concerning all of that : As example because some generally Think I am Crazy (yeah certainly right)

I manage a big amount of maps on all My severs and I have always seen that problem if I forget to clear the mapvoteinfo.cfg (sure can be perhaps a more fine way like searching the related removed maps… but it tool too much time… I prefer to simply clear the file). (I know another trick but I keep it for me, was only for special features
)
What Modders should understand is, that I agree they have a Strong Knowledge and experience in their coding ; but at the end it was the Masterfloors & the Players, “that test in real conditions the MODs” : it mean nothing can replace a real testing in a real condition 
It explain why Modders - Masterfloors & Players should work together… and it was good if was the case. Sure nobody is forced to trust “what I say”, but I suggest to read and to try to understand “the bugs I try to explain”.
If I request something it come from reals reasons : as for example Players requests, or detected problems.
Sure it was difficult to make technical things more clear ; if some not understand me just request by target and concise question

As I have said I have not the “pretension to know all”, I generally interest in a thing when I see a potential disturbing point.
For example : if players use a /callvote (or a menu vote) : if players Disconnect or go Spectator : it can change the result of vote
Because vote can be calculated on a percent of Yes / No depending of number of players that are playing (mean all the players that are in a team); but if I am not wrong, it was surprising that the number of players present in all teams seems recalculated during the vote… Should it not better to get it only at start of vote ?? Because it can be a possible way to get bad decision of vote (including if many disturbers can know that trick and for example going to Spectators…).
And for sure, the problem can be the same if New players are joining the game during the vote… What is the best solution ? Please, what are your opinions regarding vote calculation management ?
Other point can we get back a way to Shuffle by K/D ? As some have already said, because seems broken…
(Mean Shuffle With the K/D ratio seen with TAB key : you know “the near/same K/D as the Permanent one stored in xpsave.cfg file” )

BTW. MAX_GAMESTATE_CHARS*is value in ET client. We increased this value quite a bit in ET:Legacy. But if it’s too high, whole gameplay is destroyed… so this value is quite dangerous.
This famous MAX_GAMESTATE_CHARS … isnt it so small cause its always transmitted over to the client? Would it be possible to gz compress it on the fly and so allow for more content at same size… ? Well I am aware that would not work with a old Client…
It’s not problem with network but with char* length in client. Default is 16000 which is too small in some cases. I tried 25000 and this made game crash when connecting. 24000 gave me strange game results (incorrect fov lol). So i stayed at 20000 and i didn’t get any problem then.
But as I said - this is client fix - server handle that correctly and doesn’t crash when 16000 is exceeded.

Too much maps = Server Slowed for some actions !
(Certainly only some part of Codes inside the “ETDED/MOD” cannot support too much Maps : mean files !).
What error in some cases ? : max gamestate chars exceeded
Play Venice map (Standard Version) and you Got a nice “max gamestate chars exceeded” with some few players and bots… And Setting High Anti-Flood Text Setting not change something because it was internal.
& Some reactivations… Like Callvote impossible to vote correctly : need to wait like 20 seconds after Warmup to get it reactivated correctly…
Too Much Maps = Server Unstable ! I have tested !!

To test : Use map Venice (the standard version) + Add Bots up to the point it Crash
1) Test on your machine with a Server Setup as Basic as possible ! To Know Normal Limit of your Server.
Add bot from 12… 1 by 1 up to the point you got the " max gamestate chars exceeded" error
Now you can know your standard Server limit.
After a crash not forget to set back your Server to an Acceptable value ! : because last crash Value generally rest in Files !
Restart your Server with the acceptable value !
I suggest not to Add more than 12 Bots for a perfect & correct normal Value.
2) Test with all the map you added & stuff : See if server Crash. You will now if all Map Added let server run fine…
If you got error “max gamestate chars exceeded” = Mean too much maps & Stuffs
(But Not forget to protect you from Text Flood & from UDP Flood ; example ETDED Version of YADA & getstatus_ban script if Linux)

Having a powerful Machine not really change the problem… because was somewhere internal in the Softwares.
(& Never Forget : More Slot = require more Memory and it Can increase the problems…)
For me as I have said… Not add more than 92 or 94 .pk3 in your etmain folder !
& For information Standard Menu will only support 1/3 of maps…

There a many problems I do not like with WET : Sure was an old Game Code for part… it mean was normal problems. Some Speak about some “WET Version 2” : They should correctly think about to correct those problems.
Possible ways ?
1) Why not only let all .PK3 as a real standalone package : only Search in “PAK0 & custom added z_*.pk3”
[but not in the other .PK3 (what is the real interest about doing that ?)].
2) Just need to correct all the standalone .PK3 on the downloading sites to let them include all the textures needed. [It mean stop proposing for download maps where there are missed textures !]
If they not want to solve that problem I already think about a Custom Solution… They will change nothing ? Never Mind
