After using the editor for a while wheni select a brush it doesnt “highligth” in the 3d view… its annoying is this just an error in ET_TOOLS? (never used radiant before… Worldcraft is my specialty hehe)
restarting DOESNT help.
nor dos trying to reset the colors.
If its a general Radiant issue ill check elsewhere. I tried to search but didnt know what i was searching for!
Hit J to cycle outline styles. You must have accidentally changed it to no highlight.
Or one of my favourite things - the 3d camera is just inside a wall. Outside enough so the wall doesn’t get drawn, but inside enough so it does get selected when you click it. I’m forever doing that one. I select a wall and nothing happens. I hit j several times until I realise what’s happening.

and i suppose a “RTFM Osirin” is in order!
Extremely useful for work on patches when you are trying to align textures. Partly the reason I wanted the feature in the first place.
