Btw - dual objective has no TIMELIMIT.
Why not dual with timelimit? Think mp_sillyctf. If anyone wants to run this endlessly, he could still set no timelimit on the server?
Tank is simply too big to be single objective.
The only way much of the map would see any action would be if it had tons of players, which would therefore make winning virtually impossible because all the defending team has to do is camp the objective.
Don’t have second thoughts on your map badidea - keep to the winning formula.
So tank will never make it into competitive play, but big servers and players alike will love you for the dual objectives 
I like Tank as Dual Objective.
Few people make maps big enough to have 64 players go at it.
Tank is well made and being Dual Objective takes it to Sudden Death.
I think Dual Objective maps that play to Sudden Death are the best.
Nothing like going at it for hours in a marathon Battle.

I also would say dual, but maybe replace the axis objective with a dyna task also.
I think dual objective owns but it would be cool if you could make the map a little more sniper-accesable like the original version was
