Yea, math, the only lesson in school that i sleep in(read:bored to death) because its easy.
Well i don’t haaaaaaaaaaate maths it’s just… boah buark vomit buark vomit
(hope it helps you out
)
We are going waaay offtopic
So how difficult is math for you guys?
I usualy get F or C sometimes even B and once got a A+ but then i cheated off my mate
other words math is horrible for me
last year in every written-test best mark, but one oral-test was perhaps only second best ^^
this year… 2 second-best marks , rest best marks… math is very easy, if you like maths, maths like you
i finished this year 10th grade … there had been only 2 years i had th second best mark at the end of year, 5th and 6th grade, the same teacher…
since 3 years a day of maths exists in an university in “bayreuth” and i spent all 3 years a whole school-free-saturday from 8:00 til 18:00 on it and won with my teammates over 100€ each year except of this year… -.- we did not read carefully enough ^^.
there are 2 “math-olympiades” runing on our school, and 2 others running on whole countrym (i always only win a silly book instead of the money -.- xP)… all those are voluntary ofc but i work through all, one olympiade also runs at school time and has 3 rounds but 3rd is divided into 2 days… so if YOU like maths maths likes YOU and gives you 4 school-free days
(in our school)
OOOOOH SUUUURREEEE
let’s post some more about maths now shall we buaark
well I guess if i vomit maths, maths will vomit me hehe
it’s the maths code, I guess.
Well we in Kongo don’t work with B, C, D or A++ hax codes (ps.: I don’t live in Kongo, so scratch that)
We work with points: 10/10 is very good (= everything correct)
1/10 (= one answer you have correctt) etc etc
cough the only reason I survive every exam: TI-83 , calculator with uber cheat hax… IOW, put in some programs with all the answers and voila, shagileo saves the day
Right, going off topic, I think not XD
Math and Physics are the two subjects you can and probably do use daily. Best to understand and remember what you learn in school about them, otherwise you be screwed later.
TI-83, is that the calculator with that game hidden inside? If it is, i realy need one of those for my math class, then i can play ^^
We probably murdered Cmaster with our Math talk
If we did, i am sorry

Yeah, TI-83 has some hidden program functions and they can come in handy XD.
Here’s a picture of it: http://168.212.180.11/golden/ms/zlean/ti-83.jpg
And Cmaster, I’m also very sorry my man, it’s just that maths is soooo damn interesting … to talk about
damn lets make a new thread?in offtopic ! xD
ion our school such calculators arent allowed
and not needed… the teachers are so ****ing good referring maths and physics… you dont need any extra programs (well… every year 1/3 does not reach next grade’s class target (but passes special tests as we are the last “year” with the “old” school system) xD cause of latin and maths :P, no worry another 1/3 comes new to us from the higher grade, so that there does not become an exponentional function out of the amount of class members )
LOL, when I went to school calculator = slide rule, you kids should try one someday, see what us old farts had to deal with

This sounds more complicating than mapping XD
@ Nail: whaha, yeah , I can imagine the pain and horror
yeap =) Its The Co ords that your missing, I had a post about this not to long ago =)
Slide rule

Looks realy creepy, how did u ever use it Nail?
My personal favorite

it is much faster than packing out your calculator and____1035

o_O I have no clue what u just calculated
I still reckon its stupid that i have to generate the tracemap manually, but yeah gtk radiant is working in the ways i expected now so im happy
ty all
oh and btw, just to help you guys along with ur maths talk, I’m doing calculus right now in school
I don’t mind maths, i wouldn’t say i love it, but i definately prefer it over any number of other subjects
Maths is prob my best subject in school, but i honestly prefer computer science, software engineering, all that computer kind of stuff over maths
