Have you some anti-cheat stuff or is it just up to moderators/admins when they’re online on it?

Its up to admins, if you think Punkbuster would solve that - nope. Punkbuster only catches a little of the cheaters, if you use a service like PBBANS or GGC in addition to it, it gets a little better. But still the x hundred people getting kicked for PB issues, are not worthy the 1 cheater we catch in a month with - actually even less then 1/month.
