My freind says that he gets an error saying

VALID CDKEY IS NOT REACHING GUIDAUTH SERVER

I told him the problems but how dose he fix it?

Ok a question,

1-Can he get on other servers?

2-have him check Etmain for a file called etkey (it does not have a file name its just called a File)
if he doesnt have it he should eather reinstall or he can get it from me when i get my site a bit further will check for a reply every hour or so!

This been happening to me a lot lately, usually a reboot takes care of it.

I just wiped my system and at the same time renamed it. All of my games were on another drive so I did not wipe those.

I just deleted the etkey file and ran the game.

A new cdkey file was created based upon whatever information is used to create it in the first place.
