I have never had this problem before, and have previously played this before, so it’s not like my PC isn’t up to par… is it possible that there is maintenance going on? It didn’t say anything, just the title and to go here for help…

I have seen two things about this issue.
One is that it may be a server side bug. It was mentioned that this error message needed to be fixed by a mod somewhere.
Second is that I have seen this error coming from people with a ban on their account.
Open a ticket with nexon support and see if they can help you further.
