Error on running demo :(

I’m trying to run my recorded demo’s … but it keeps giving me the below error. Any idea how to solve? Don’t want to delete my 350+MB on demo’s :eek2:

Yeah, I tried everything, so I’m asking the experts here now … no replies though. Problem is that I suspect the demo’s have been corrupted. :bored:
