Why i try to run the game from the dirty bomb shortcut it goes through the nexon launcher to my games and gives me an error message saying : A system error occured (Code : 20397).
Its an old shortcut from the early beta stages, havent played the game for 6months. How do I get the update files or something, or do I just apply to beta again?

You can ONLY play Dirty Bomb through steam now, which means you need a steam key. If you were in the Alpha then a steam key should have been sent to your e-mail, but it may have ended up in junk.
Open Beta will be released tomorrow, so you will be sure to have access then.
I have no mails from nexon, splashdamage or dirty bomb after the beta link… and theres no open beta in steam yet…

thx for the help dude, i have a new problem… im stuck on the “Loading” screen inside the game,i can see the icon rolling and hear the ingame music… i disabled wirewalls etc… still stuck, waited for 15mins…

Very odd… I know you were able to play during Alpha/early beta, but what are your system specs? Just curious. Maybe they got upped since then?
Also, could you update your video drivers to latest version and give it a retry?
