I Deleted My ShooterEngine And Turned Off Antivirus but My Game Still Says Error When I Startup My Game I Don’t Even Get to Hit Play

Check game cache on steam? Only thin I know fixes launch bugs.

A few basics would be to verify your files within steam, by right clicking the game, going into properties and then local files, then “Verify integrity of game cache”
If this doesn’t work, you can always reinstall your game, and this should fix the problem.
