I’m getting Error 10011 for 2 days now. I got this problem yesterday but then after verifying files and restarting my PC i could access Dirty Bomb again. However, after a few hours again, I got the same error and the message Access is Denied. Now I’m getting another error 30001. Any help?

Hello and welcome! 
Try the following steps.
Navigate to the following folder:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > DirtyBomb > _CommonRedist > vcredist> 2013
Then reinstall vcredist_86
Navigate to the following folder:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Dirty Bomb > EasyAntiCheat
Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup in administrator mode, select Dirty Bomb from the list and click on repair service at the bottom left. Restart your PC.
