I am not alone. In the steam forum there are a lot of people who have the same error. While starting the game this appears- Language is german
Veryfying Steam files didn’t help and restart the computer won’t solve the problem too
Im getting the same error, at first it said it was some “the instruction at 0x7618cf34 referenced memory at 0x7618cf34. the memory could not be written”, i tried a restart and now im getting this error
Someone tested it. It is a windows 7 error cause he can play it with windows 10
Well ive messaged a few friends on steam, one of them told me to try doing some windows updates, so ill give that a go, another said to restart steam - i did that but to no avail.
Looks like that person was right, steam discussion board on the bug page about 5 mins ago someone had the same problem, looks like 20 odd other people too. must be a windows 7 issue.
I hope they fix it soon

yeah, well smooth just posted up in the offical db discord saying he got the error himself, so id say they’ll be looking into it, hopefully it gets resolved.
Heads up guys, game started working fine for me, a message from someone from EAC on a steam discussion said there was a bad anti cheat update that went live this morning(Must be europe?)
Anyhow by opening dirty bomb through steam library it worked - goodluck fellas.
does anyone know why maybe ?
