Entering warm-up while waiting on Competitive

Hey guys,
As you all know it takes some time to find Competitive match if you have team full of cobalts or mixed gold and cobalt and waiting so long might be boring. Is it not possible to be put in some server with your team while waiting so you can discuss positions or just trick jump or shoot each other and just wait there till 5 people connect. I think it’s a great idea instead of just staying in the lobby watching the timer counting hour and a half :>
