tried a dozen postcodes from the addresses on various letters sitting around, and even tried mine.
Then started finding random US e-tailer websites and using their zipcode.

I think it’s just that it’s shit.

What the hell ever happened to CO-OP. Is it that much more difficult to add co-op play to games nowadays. I miss the old quake 1 and 2 days of going through all the levels in nightmare mode with some buddies, destroying everything that moved. Anyone with some development knowledge that knows what it takes to do co-op for todays game, I would love to know. Co-op rules. I understand the new Mortal Kombat will have co-op and a new co-op mod for Doom3 was just released the other day. So it is possible.

you do know that ET:QW will be multiplayer only, do you? so it’s CO-OP all the time, more than you might expect :smiley:

That is awesome. But will you have to have a bunch of peeps playing both sides or will you and a buddy be able to go through the levels against bots or just play against each other? Remember going through levels and monsters as a team? Thanks for the info Joe999. When is ET:QW coming out? I cant find a date anywhere.

They sugested that it 'd be released in 2006 though.

works for me. although it’s pretty much the same as 7 months ago. site needs a heavy update imo. especially with a HQ version of the trailer and HQ versions of the screenshots we’ve seen in the magazines.

or better: a new trailer. a loooooooong new trailer :smiley: and please: NO flash movies, they suck as there is no possiblity to run them forward/backward or save them.

10001 is NYC, USA :slight_smile:

When a website asks me for US zip codes, I always use Beverly Hills CA 90210 :tapir:

Yes, too bad the site isnt updated more often, and that its still impossible to sign up from anywhere else but the states for the newsletter; doesnt bide too well does it, that theyve been alerted to this fact for half a year without doing anything about it…
