Ramijee did you get the problem solved because I’m having same kind of problem. I have no idea what it might be because I have reinstalled ET twice or even more.

Strange problem. Do you gave ET.exe and PunkBuster administrator-rights?
Maybe it’s helpfull if you copy and paste the whole log from the first screenshot here in the forum.

OMG could it really be a problem to install ET??

what are you running of windows? xp :slight_smile: or vista :frowning:

I have installed it and even played with no problems (if lags are not counted) :smiley:
I’m runinning XP with sp 2 or 3. And yes I have got administrator rights but what you mean “give them administrator rights”.
Odd thing is that ET runs well before joining server. When the limbo menu appears it stops workign or windows stops it and starts to complain.

Hello!
Have you installed ET in that order?

  • Full Game Client
  • 2.60 update
  • 2.60b update

Make sure that your ET.exe is 1,2 MB (1286144 bytes)
If not:

  • you have messed the installation - try again
  • you may have a virus - get an anti-virus software and reinstall the game

what windows do you use? i have vista havent played enemy territory for a year (since i had xp).
