admin should have option to modify stats abilities and such, this would lots of fun to make

Turtle isn’t even in the game files so u can’t load him only his shield is.

But I would like to activate the rocket launcher the tomahawk, the throwing knives and the 3rd eye cam, that are in the weapons folder that’s only accessible in offline mode(only got rocket launcher and sheild working)

Imagine how op vasilli and redeye in refractive armor would be

and rocket launcher and tomahawk arent working same with all the devices like hacking thing and pda
