What kind of gun Is the Empire-9 based on?
Also why can’t proxy use it?

Empire-9 is based of MP 9, and just now I realised MP 9 sounds like Empire 9… Proxy would be far too overpowered if she had it IMO, because Empire-9 is considered the strongest and fastest machine pistol. Also you can choose between shotgun and SMG (Almost as fast as Empire-9)…

The Empire-9 almost has identical stats as the Hochfir…which is kinda like…a bit op for a secondary in my opinion.
Also since Proxy is one of the few mercs that can carry a smg as well as an auto machine pistol, giving her an Empire-9 would be even more unfair.
