Elite Cases not received, what should I do?

So, let`s start from the beginning. I decided to buy a 10 pack of elite cases (A) today and was looking forward to opening them(my steam balance was on 61 and some cents €, I clicked on accept in the steam payment overlay, the money is gone but I did not receive any elite cases. What should I do? 35€ is a lot of money for me and I am devastated that I did not get anything for my money. I want to support the developers, I have been enjoying their game for a long time and I want to give back occasionally to keep the game going, but this is awful for me. :confused:

For now, all I can do is wait and hope for the best.
If it helps, I live in Austria (thats EU), have bought elite cases before(worked fine, cobalt bushwacker /w smg9 :/) , dont have a VAC on DB, frequent the DB and Nexon streams(never won a raffle tho babyrage) and have been playing since april, I believe.

Please help me @MissMurder @Amerika or whatever other Admins/Devs/Support Guys/helpful community members are around. :slight_smile:

@Matuno a bunch of silvers, 2 golds, but the tradeup to gold got me the ultimate fletcher loadout with fixed lock-on, I am satisfied! 10/10, would burn money for a good cause again. :stuck_out_tongue:
