Love DB, but your game is technically terrible. It would be nice to better test things before something happens. Only things I’ve seen today are “sorry, extended maintenance” and “sorry, problems with cases”.
I understand it’s hard to make things happen, but this is so unprofessional. I think DB should stay in Closed Beta for another few months.

Show me a multiplayer game post release that has never had an extended maintenance. Actually, the last couple of updates for DB ended early. The case login event is something new for them. Unexpected things can happen and the game is in Open Beta still, not released. The same bug might not have happened with only 1,000 players(closed beta #s) catching the reward. Most likely this was caused by the high volume, I just hope they get it fixed soon.
How they handle the problem after it arises should determine how professional they are. A problem cropping up unexpectedly can happen to any game.

…you must be new to video games. Cause all the bugs, glitches, exploits, balancing issues, etc. have plagued other games, not just multiplayer.
Anyways, the best form of testing is public testing. The average player has a way to find problems even professional testers miss.
