Elite case dissapear?

New houdini confirmed? dunno. but when i went to open a elite case that i found in my inventory, my game crashed, and then when i came back to the game the case was gone and anything that might have been inside was also gone =(. any ideas?

Check your inventory for a shiny new silver or higher loadout?

I did ardez, and there was nothing there, only the silver rhino from a normal case i did before it.
