I need to know what all i will need to make a map, ie photoshop. Tks in advance.

When GTKradiant with ET support is released, that is all you wil absolutely need. Of couse have an image editor like photoshop and a 3d modeling tool (gmax and or milkshape) wouldn’t hurt. Milkshape is nice because it natively supports many game model formats, and is very cheap, but if you are going to make other models, you might want a more professional tool as well.
