EB i been looking at that add you have about EB’s ET reasource
how far done is this site? i been waiting for a good in depth tutorial site for ET
will it cover some of the new more complex ET things like comands posts and tankx?

Good question…the site is about 3/4’s done
Basically I am addressing all of the points I can think of as to alleviate any bad situation that is a normal occurance for most mappers.
As I have learned mapping, I have found several bogus ‘help’ pages that people have no idea what they are explaining…hence why there are still so many easy questions being asked.
Although; at the same time there are so many great tutorials out there that are hard to find or only address certain problems. I do appreciate the fact of all of these sites trying to fill in eachothers work, but it makes for a sporadically spread help context throughout the web. Now as in my own opinion, I found this extremely frustrating.

I will be making pages that go into explaining more on the tutorials, but as for the general feel of the site…I will just be the middle man to lead you to solving your problem. I will have a contact e-mail-address as for the people who do find things I am missing as so I can add them.
I hope the site will be very helpfull to some people…helpful to most …and at least help everyone in some way.
Now that I have explained that in small detail; Command posts and tanks will be part of the site.
Seeing where the site will go and how adjustments should be made will depend upon feedback.
This site is for the ET community, so I want to make sure that the ET community is able to use it for what they need.

neva tried tanks but i cant find any good tutorilas on them tho so i may have a go when you get your site up
