Easy way to play with friends?

I’m new to the game and trying to get a few friends into it and I think they would have more fun getting into it if we could play together. I have read a lot of old posts and it seems like the only way is to play in a premade squad on ranked. I absolutely get the idea that we don’t want people team stacking, I have played other games where this becomes a nightmare, but is there any way to just play with 1 friend on the same team?

If there isn’t, can I give the humble and futile suggestion that people can queue up into a pub as long as their party doesn’t exceed 1/2 the entire team? If people think that is unfair, maybe let people at least play with 1 friend? Either that or add some kind of solo quick match and party quick match buttons? Competitive play matchmaking takes a verrrryy looong time.

A party mode is currently being worked at as far as I know so for the time being we can only wait :slight_smile:

Until the party mode is implemented all you can do is join a game --> have your friend join you from main menu. :stuck_out_tongue:
