[DUTCH] NL Versie van ET! / Dutch version of ET

Hallo allemaal,

Ik heb dus een nederlandse versie van W:ET gemaakt uit noquarter 1.2.3.
Dus alle kills messages etc zijn vertaald naar het NL,
voorbeeld:

Nu heb ik eigenlijk alleen nog een server nodig waar ik deze eventueel op zou kunnen draaien, want zelf heb ik geen geld genoeg om een gameserver te huren

So all kill messages etc are translated into Dutch

Now i only need a server when i can run it on, but me myself don’t have much money so i can’t rent a gameserver.

Ah Cool! I run a Dutch server (homehost ip: 84.31.207.198 ) since a while and now I can make it completely dutch XD
The server isn’t always online but I would love to run it if you release the pk3?
Only one question: is it a pk3 which must be added extra in the noquarter folder or does it replace noquarter’s pk3s?

I’m currently still working on it, monday i go on vacation and i take my laptop with me.
Then i’m going to translate it all. Then a week later i’ll release it.
It won’t replace noquarter, it’s just a other modfolder (noquarterdv)

I always liked that idea and now you actually made it, great job!
I always wondered, though, how Dutch voicechats would sound in ET. It wouldn’t be as cool as the English ones, but funny nevertheless.

Haha i know, i think it’s complete ready withing 2 weeks. Anyone who can talk in voices can contact me or send me some files. Also if you find voices/sounds on the internet you can contact me!

Maybe i already found a sponsor that is going to host 1 server for me, i’m not sure yet but it would be cool.
I’m on vacation in a few days for a week and on vacation i will do some nice work it, so expect is complete ready is 2 weeks

lol I think we all translated the voicechats into our own language once
about that ‘Hospik’ : it’s so funny, I’m actually laughing with it too when I’m playing

or translate it into some dialects:

Great Shot : Tiens : Goê Geschôhte
I need backup: Antwerps : k’ hem iimend neudich
Hello/hi : Hollands : hoessie
I’m a field ops: A(lgemeen) N(ederlands) : Ik ben een veld operator

… etc

Heel goed plan, ik start na de vakantie wel een website voor Nederlandse ET icm NQ.
Dit om W:ET weer op de kaart te zetten in ET en ook te zorgen dat er dus weer veel mensen het gaan spelen.
Hier zal ik dan ook oproepen plaatsen voor voicechats om te versturen!

A website i can make myself, i’m actually a web developper. It’s only the designing part where i’m bad off.

I´ve been into web design for over 3 years. You can check my website out (signature) to get confirm. What are you interested in?
Also it might take some time to get it, I have plans going away for some time.

Yes i only need a design, i can base and script it myself.
Actually i just want a layout with a header, side menu and a content space.
It will be the site for a Dutch W:ET community. I’m going to make ET completely dutch to attrack more dutch people to play W:ET (again).

PS: Your map airport i defenetly gonna use it

Ok, i´l draw out some sketches on paper later today and choose what would suit best and make it ready. Also will the site be in dutch or english?

Thanks, the map is a work together with my friend Henri (sage) and we hope that it will eventualy be released soon and becomes a popular map.
