Drop boosters not consumed

I just got a suspect case and it didn’t consume my drop boosters. Still stacked at 6/10. Relogged just to make sure.

Also the loadout was Rhino and not Phantom, pretty sure that’s a bug as well…

@Dracorion Thanks for letting us know about the drop booster issue we’ll check it out.

However, the loadout being Rhino is sadly not a bug :slight_smile: lol

Also it seems that I haven’t received a single regular case since getting that guaranteed suspect case.

This pretty much makes me sure that there’s something wrong with regular/guaranteed case drops.
I’ve played like 30+ games after getting the suspect case just to be clear, while before getting the suspect case I got regular cases dropping literally every second game and I also had a streak of getting 6 regular cases in a row.
Pretty sure something is overlooked about the case drops. Hope this gets checked soon.

I’ve been pretty patient with this event, but if my boosters don’t work at max stacks and the second week of the event passes by without me being able to spend my 30k cycles. I am going to be rather upset.

Ok, so since I made this post, I upped my boosters from 6 to 10, as the previous ones weren’t consumed and I didn’t receive any regular cases, until the update today.

During this whole time I wasn’t able to receive a suspect case, which I’m not extremely suspicious of, but the regular cases started dropping like crazy after today’s update.
I get a regular case from about 7/10 games, which is about twice as much as I’d ever get during the same playtime usually. So I’m still slightly suspicious as to what the boosters are actually affecting.

I played nearly the entire previous week with 6 boosters, no drops, except when the rotation changed(got a 2nd week case) and it ended up not consuming my boosters. I’m just worried that all my cycles will go to waste at this rate.

I just really want to spend all my credits/cycles on boosters and get as many loadouts as I can during this week as I’m just really aiming for a decent Phantom loadout. :’(

Hey there,

The boosters do not effect the regular equipment cases.

I am still investigating your issue with boosters not being removed. :slight_smile:

Please help, after my 6 weren’t consumed and I added 4 more to stack it up to 10. Logged in today and I have 0 boosters… and I checked in case I had a suspect case hidden somewhere, but nothing :’( .
I’m not adding any new boosters at the moment, as I don’t know if they will even work or will they disappear over nothing as well.

Also it seems after losing my drop boosters overnight, the regular case drop rate has also gone back to normal.

@Dracorion :frowning: You’ll need to contact customer support about the missing drop boosters - we are still checking this and thanks for letting me know about the normal case drops.

Also, have you played a game since you discovered that your boosters were used?

Yes, I’ve been playing quite a while, I’m just unsure if I should invest into next stack of boosters as I’m afraid I might lose them again + I didn’t expect it to happen so no screenshots to show either.
