NVIDIA DRIVERS 275.33 WHQL (2011.06.01)
[DRIVERS] Nvidia 275.33 WHQL
Thanks for this!
Also just wanted to point out this:
Supports the new GPU-accelerated features in Adobe CS5.
Pretty late on that one aren’t you nvidia?
I think it feels better too, but without proper benchmarking commands. It could be all in my head.
The release notes don’t seem to mention Brink at all. But it doesn’t mention some overall performance boosts for some cards.

Dualcore users will also notice a difference up to a 12% increase in performance… I think that’s what helps a lot of Brink users.
Tried it with my amd 5000+ X2, got around the same frames…maybe even a bit less. Felt like it was dropping more. Also it completely screwed up my quake live FPS for some reason, reverted back to the previous.
I was hoping i didn’t have to use the vsync to play this game normal. If I disable vsync i get only red on the lagometer. No movement at all.
If i enable it i only reach 60 fps. Does someonwe know what wrong
the card is a 480GTX

Is this related to this driver version? I suggest you try vsync on and off on Solo games too.
You should probably start a new thread giving more details.
Vsync will force the framerate to match your monitor’s refresh rate, which in most TFT LCD cases is 60Hz.
This also helped my FPS, but I continue to get occasional substantial FPS drops to 20 FPS or lower. These don’t seem to be correlated with anything in particular…very confusing / frustrating in game play to have this FPS drop at critical moments in game…
it’ll also cause slightly noticeable mouse lag.
btw guys why did you locked r_finish command?
based on my experience with QL, this r_finish command makes vsync a lot more fluid…
would SD care to unlock it?

Mouse lag issue will be fixed in Catalyst 11.6 release (aiming for June 15th release)
