Double-Time perk use?

(Jostabeere) #1

Hello, I just got a nader with the perdk Double-time. It says "you can reload while sprinting.
is this perk actually useful? You can deactivate the option “spring cancels reload” so can’t you always reload while sprinting? Or can you only start reloading and then sprint? In both cases the perk is obsolete or is the option not what I think it is?

No that just means if you press reload while sprinting you wont reload. You have to stop sprinting to reload.

I have the option for Sprint to cancel reloading turned on because it’s definitely the best way to play. If I am reloading and I find that I need to move really quickly to avoid dying you definitely want to cancel that reload as you sprint.

Also, I run Double Time on Proxy with an SMG/SMG setup and it’s pretty much the best thing ever. You basically never stop moving fast and you can be safe when you reload.

Okay. But technically I can turn the option about sprinting off, starting reload and THEN start sprinting right?

No. just no. Its a priority thing if the option is activated “Sprint > Reload” if not “Reload > Sprint” so u wont SPRINT and RELOAD but SPRINT or RELOAD

Okay, this clears it up. Thanks.
