It hasn’t been working for a week. None of my characters with those perks can use those perks! Anyone else is experiencing this issues? It is really frustrating and agitating.

Update this week will be fixing it, and iirc they said on the yt vid comment they will fix frozen stats bug also, but wouldn’t get my hopes up too high just in case
