To best explain this bug, I’ll explain how I found it. I was checking for bugs on Whitechapel when I went to see if I could use jump/crouch to get over the barrier preventing access to the chapel. What I ended up doing is getting on top of it. Regular jump/crouch doesn’t work. But go up to the barrier, hold forward and very very quickly press jump/crouch/jump/crouch. It’s almost like a very mini double jump. If you do it right you’ll end up on top of the barrier. This is just where I found the bug but I’m sure there are plenty of places you can get to that you shouldn’t using this.
Double Jump Against Wall
at least you cant collect the milk jugs and deliver them to the ev before it was inplace anymore
can you show some screen shots of places you shouldn’t get to, i cant start the game to test
Well that front barrier to Whitechapel would be a good place to start. I don’t think you need a screen shot of it. Also, just to the left of the barrier there are some crates about the same height as the barrier. There are a few of those strewn across the map that you can get on top which you can’t normally with jump/crouch. Also, in the beginning of the map (for attackers) there is that wall preventing defenders getting into attacker spawn, you can use the same method there as well.
That wall doesn’t need jump/crouch button jerking, simple crouch jump works there.
Edit: I stand corrected - two crouch+jumps are needed to reach the enemy spawn (but it doesn’t need multiple presses/jumps).
Huh? The enemy spawns in the courtyard and down the street. And just to clarify, I’m talking about the front bottom entrance to the chapel; NOT the sides or the top front. Regardless, this is about the bug not the map. The fact remains that you can jump marginally higher using this “trick”.
Yup, seeing conker bouncing off walls sounds totally legit.
