doors structural or detail? and what about spawnflags?

I have 2 questions, one, should windows and doors be structural or detail? two, I have searched these forums and I haven’t found a decent description of the different spawnflags (entitys’ have them) - from what I understand they’re a bitfield, but that’s just about all I understand.

If you mean moving doors and breakable windows they should probably be detail. I suspect entities like that will be treated as detail anyway, so you might as well have them filter with it as well. For ones that are purely decorative (i.e. a door or window texture on a wall that doesn’t actually move and cannot be seen through) then it is up to you to decide.

Spawnflags are a bitfield, whose meaning is defined by the particular entity. They show up as little check-boxes in the entity window. Checking sets that particular bit, unchecking unsets it. You shouldn’t have to set the spawnflags key manually.
