They nerfed that. 15% increase now.
They also nerfed his katana in general to have less run speed and made it so that you can’t beyblade with it anymore.

The chopper nerf didn’t affect Katana in any way.

Infact the only thing that the chopper nerf affected is that the stilnoto stileto can’t oneshot Vassili with it anymore. Sub 100 mercs tho, are still fair game with all melee weapons + chopper. Atleast on the instant one shot front, haven’t checked how mulithit scenarios on high HP mercs play out.
