Does SD take us seriously when we report cheaters with proof ?

Hi all,

I wonder if the ingame function “report cheater” is seriously working or if SD is interested in what we report.
Days ago I reported (ingame and on steam) so many times a cheater that uses aimbot : 100% headshots, I spectated him during 30 minutes and he was HS with no scope across the map.
Today, after 1h of waiting to play a ranked, I find this cheater there and he ruined the round in a few minutes by HS everyone with Bushwacker, and of course the opposite team did not vote to kick him, they were winning cowards so we surrendered.
So frankly : 1h hoping to play, 5 minutes of cheating spectacle?
I would like to know if SD is taking us seriously with the hackers/cheaters and the “Thank you for helping us making dirty bomb cleaner.” message that is displayed after a report or will they just give him a nice rank for what he’s doing?

They do, but they probably ban in waves like everyone else, because they are trying to figure out how the hacker got past the anti cheat.

The forums follows a strict “no naming and shaming” rule. Please don’t post other people’s name on the forums for that kind of report. If we do this, it’s for the sole purpose of avoiding a witch hunt on people who are not always guilty.

You have sadly no other choice than keep reporting to the Nexon Support until they do something. If your ticket is more than two weeks old without any message, do another one.
