As always ive been palying fragger a lot cause ive been gettigna hell lot of missions for him and while using his quotes ive ntoiced that his head doesnt seem well brain wise 
A lot of hsi quotes are just random or simply dumb, I still lke the character but some taunts just sound like he is insane

@Watsyurdeal that makes sense, but dunno, sometimes hsi dialogue seems as if he wasnt focused on somehting.
He suposedly was almsot killed by a friend. Maybe that makes him act a bit crazy so eh doenst remember that?

Some are that he’s just bad with analogies, going by his bio he really really wanted to get some action so him being a bit out there and wanting to get in the thick of a fight is not that far from the question and that he’s just having the time of his life.

Well one of my favorite Fragger quotes is one he gets revived he sometimes says:
“Thought I saw my momma, for a moment… She lives in Vermont… she does aromatherapy… Wait… that doesn’t make any sense… Alright, back to killing!”
So yeah he totally has some wrong with him. I mean if you have near-death visions of your mom doing something that doesn’t make any sense to you, there’s something wrong with your head. I mean it’s his mom!
