Does Chopper work with the defib?

So I got a sawbonez card with chopper on it and I also found out how much fun it is to just fully charge the defib and kill people with it :smiley: So I was wondering does the chopper augment affect the defib too? So do I deal 120 damage with a fully charger one? Or just the regular 100?

I’m fairly sure Chopper does work with the defib, as that is technically a melee weapon.

In-game tooltip on Defib says “Range Melee Tool”… so im not sure about it… if its considered a weapon or not.

I guess it does. I can one shot at least sawbonez who has 110 health so I guess it does affect it

it has falloff based on how far you are away from the explosion
