Does anyone have default plain versions of loadout cards?

There are template cards in the game files which will look like this ("?" instead of augments and no weapons):

They are available for all rarities and all mercs. Now if you are looking for blank cards with no merc pictures, that’s another story…

I mean clean slate cards, no mercs present, just the rarity of said card.
I know they existed in the files at one point, but are no longer there.
