Does anyone actually play competitive? cause I have never found a game

I spent almost an hour total looking for a game through all the regions and nothing, does anyone actually use it? cause I want to give it a go but I cant if there’s no games

I did before the CW update, but actually forgot about it xD. Heard from other people that they run into the same issue

I usually play on normal servers. But before the update I played like 3 rounds competitive?
Then stopped playing DB for a while because Warframe addicted me seriously but now I’m back but never played competitive… maybe because everyone here said competitive is flooded with hackers? I don’t know. I just want to have fun in Dirty Bomb ^^

I’ve played some Competitive during peak hours, didn’t have any problems in the 15 or so matches I played, but that was a month or so ago. Haven’t tried since then.

@ThaiSan Did Warframe’s grind bring you back to this game? lol, it’s RNG is worse than DB XD
Anyways, Dirty Bomb still needs a lot of tweaks in balancing, and better hack detection, that’s the reason why people don’t play competitive.

No, the grind is actually the reason why I like Warframe :wink: I will continue to play it, but right now I have too much fun playing the execution mode so there’s no time for Warframe anymore ^^

Never play comp by choice.
Only times I play are when I get mission that are “Play X competitive games”.

Sometimes played comp before the removal of the comp missions, whenever I had a friend who also had a comp mission. Now I never even touch it.

Not in AUS/NZ we don’t. Player base is too small, too casual.

There is absolutely no reason at all to play competitive so not a suprise you can’t find matches. The developers are going to have to do some serious work if they are ever going to make competitive work.

I haven’t touched it in a while 'cause of the insane queue times.

It needs more players, but it won’t get more players 'cause SD still haven’t added an incentive for the pub players.

Competive was alive thanks to the missions. I personally stopped playing comp as soon as i didn’t get missions for it.

Is there actually a good reason to play Comp? Every time I see someone streaming and playing Comp it seems like they have to sit around forever before a match is found. If there is no actual benefit to it I’d rather just get in a game right away.

I used to play at least one competitive game every day, just for the stopwatch round bonus credits. But since they changed the matchmaking you can’t get a game anymore, so I stopped queuing for it.

There is zero point to play for the average player right now. This is why I’ve asked the devs and such about adding incentives so that, maybe, pubbers will aspire to get better at the game and get higher ranks in MM - through cosmetic rewards or improved case drops.

It’s really something they should be trying to push for, MM as it stands has a tiny playerbase, unbalanced games, and its generally a nightmare for anyone who isn’t in a stack due to solo and group queuing being merged.

Yeah, I do miss competitive games. They were always more balanced and more “intense” that server browser games. Also stopwatch games through the browser are always stomps.
