Does Anybody Know What These Badges Are?

So I was browsing the game files after I found out about the leaked Stoker cards there, and then I found a folder named “badges”. Inside, there were pictures of every badge in the game, and some that aren’t. If anybody has any information about these, it’d be appreciated!

The names are straight out of the files.

I’d assume this is the opposite of Finish Him (melee kill from the front)

Probably for a number of objectives completed, kinda like the Revives badges. There are also Bronze and Silver versions of this.

“Spec_Ops”
Judging from the pliers, this badge is probably for a number of defuses.

If anybody has any information about these, it’d be appreciated!

As it quite literally says - getting a “backstab” melee kill. Presumably removed due to the lack of ‘backstab’ function.

Yup - headshot streak. Likely removed for being too restrictive to “sniper” type characters.

Yep, again, a badge for objectives being completed. Removed likely because there are less objectives in the maps than there were in alpha, so there is less chance to be able to get an objective spree.

Defuse/Repair spree. Likely removed for a similar reason to “Objectives_Completed_G”.
EDIT: Apparently this one is actually completing all primary objectives by yourself in 1 life. Good luck with that. - It’s also NOT removed.

Huh, thanks @Faraleth ! It was just as I thought than. I figured that the original Bridge and Chapel longforms had more objectives.

Spec Ops is still there. It’s awarded for completing all the primary objectives by yourself in one life.

Speaking of this, has anyone ever gotten the 50 assists badge? A friend of mine said he got it during a game, but didn’t remember to get a screenshot.

the should implement the Postman-Badge so you get it when you bring the carryable to the site and drop it just for a second, during which someone steals the thing and delivers it :smiley:

Would be cool if there were a cobalt tier of badges.

I just checked the wiki, it says Spec Ops is rewarded to players that complete a “construct” objective 100% by themselves in the same life.

I think I’ve actually gotten close to doing this once, trying to speedrun Underground during the Containment War. I think I only died once or twice.
