does anybody know how to fix launch issues on db in windows 10?

i’ve tried various methods including the ones on the forum (dont know if i tried all of them) so what happens is i click on ‘play’ and it says its running but then it doesn’t and doesnt any error message whatsoever and the window where it shows ‘preparing to launch dirty bomb’ appears for a split second and doesnt launch.

Turn of AVG or set Launch option to -windowed in steam or reinstall DirectX ?

How can I allow Dirty Bomb through AVG without completely disabling it?

check out that post FlameOtter. if you put the right file on the exceptions list it should work… in theory I have yet to try it myself though.
