Those 4 windows as seen in my picture block bullets, but not ‘lazers’. What i mean is if you try and activate an arty airstrike or kira lazer by pointing the lazer at the wall, the window ‘doesnt exist’ and hits the wall of the building behind it. since the widow blocks bullets, i assume its a bug.
This is easily tested, just aim a laser from arty or kira at the window (especially the one looked at in the picture) and you see the laser passes through it and you cannot see the glowing cylinder which usually tells you where the strike lands.
