I been playing this game ever since open beta and I remember they been releasing a new merc every month. Also CW was probably one of the coolest events (ik there was only 2ish (not including humble) aha). Credit to WTD also however I found that the game became boring and repetitive, I believe part of that is because of the content that was given in the early stages of open. Now (after WTD) to now they hasn’t really been anything going on. Plus I stopped playing after WTD has over. You might say “well if you don’t like repetitive game play then this is not your game”. My point is not saying that the devs should constantly release content the same way in early open (honestly would be kinda awesome but not going to happen). But they should make flow of new content different. Just take team fortress 2 for example the “f2p” game has been around for 9 years! Yea a free to play game that has lasted that long. I know what you’re probably thinking, that valve knows how to make games, which is a fact. However that doesn’t stop dirty bomb or Nexon from creating a constant fun game that will last for a while. One game that was SO FUN was battlefield play4free. Game died because, well its EA and they just wanted to focus on their repetitive battlefield series (besides the cool graphics would I think dice is pretty much the reason bf lives in my option), anyways the game died of lack of new content and flow that ACTUALLY would made the game better. Also Pirates of the Caribbean online was a good game but Idk what was the reason for that.
