The granade is buggy, unblanced and another “Fckin annoying” addition to the game… you can’t do nothing about it, same as stoker’s molotov, no downside… I HATE IT and i hate even more the current direction of mercs!

needs to be immune to his own nade so he can flash and clear. Also buff the LMG a little. Either an even faster rate of fire or just bullet damage buff
Having only fought him so far he’s pretty well balanced. His flash seems to do a lot more than his CBT version, not only does it blind you and do it’s new EMP effect, I’ve notice that it kind of throws off your aim. Can’t wait till I get the creds together so I can try him from the other perspective.
Try to play as assault, but I keep getting into situations where I am thinking to myself “I just landed a FB on a group of opponents - I would be better off with Fragger right now”
feels weak with huge hit box and only addtional 10hp, huge sub-machine gun with HIGH bullet spread.
concussion is super buffed, but his HP and machine gun’s recoil & damage is just pure bizarre. he really needs a bit of buff.
A mechanic that would be pretty innovative would be stun recovery.
You get hit directly with a conc. You get flashed and movement restricted for 8 seconds (or w.e the time is now) but you’re able to “Shake it off” by moving your mouse in different directions while you’re stunned to reduce stun time.

The black bar represents the hand of the player covering their eye
Purpose is to give the player no LOS but give them a sense of where they can move to.
Direct hits reduce movement to rhino levels.
I want to change my answer to “no” for now. He needs a buff and a bug fix. I also notice his grenade affects friendly deployables.
I like his appearance, rest of it is just meh.
Very underwhelming merc, lower firepower than Fragger, Rhino, very low hp compared to Rhino with taller hitbox than Rhino. Rhino is still the fattest, but Thunder’s 160HP is just obnoxious as fxxk. So broken.
His LMG sucks also, compared to K-121. Just one HIGH BULLET SPREAD Kek-10.
I was about to be mad there is this word called ‘Overpowered’ in your poll. (If I would have to say something is OP about Thunder, I would say current full-of-bug-concussionade.)
I <3 his yatata, His bangs however…need fixing, its like the nade is a die, and whatever number it lands on will decide if the enemy will be flashed, friendly will be flashed, I will be flashed (even if i toss it over a wall), no-one gets flashed or miss a turn…
A few things, his merc as a MERC, is UP. Pretty slow, without access to M4, so he already loses some brownie points there. However, 160 HP is incredible, no denying that.
But his ability is just too strong. The range, the effect, the amount of crowd control in one tool? Crazy. Also another frustrating mechanic to play against. Dirty Bomb has a lot of these.
I think the concussion and blinding mechanics should be separated (I believe this was originally the case). Both of them essentially get you a free kill most of the time so I see no reason why both are needed together. I think the flash mechanic would pair much better with a faster merc that can quickly move in and out of cover to avoid blinding him/herself than Thunder, the second slowest merc in the game. I’ve gotten more grenade-assisted kills with thunder by blinding myself and all the enemies around me and then spraying where I remember them being than using them as intended.
