Do you like there being only 1 bomb in execution?

I prefer one bomb because people actually try playing as a team more than they used to be when anybody could plant and good amount of times there were that one guy who went alone, planted the bomb, got killed and the bomb was defused while rest of the team was fighting on the other side of the map.

1 bomb and now the team will focus on the Obj more than going solo like usual.

So many times 1 or 2 people would split off and plant at the other site. Nobody would be there so the defuse would go down and cause a loss. This way the team will hopefully stick with the carrier.

I’ve never played it before but I’ve always loved S&D in cod so uhm yeah 1 bomb.

Even though probably half of the people grabbing the bomb will be retards.

Personally, I hate it

I feel like Engineers lose the point of their existence entirely since by default THEY should be planting. Brute forcing people to have a bomb and plant it just defeats the purpose. That and it feels a little wonky, bomb passes should be a thing.

Then again I am being biased, I feel execution just does not fit Dirty Bomb, we’d be better off with attack/defend style modes with Demolition and Capture the Flag.

Engineers will always get the bomb + they arm and defuse faster (obvs).

What happened to balancing the game for competitive? In competitive a lack of teamwork shouldn’t be an issue.

I personally think it’s fine since this is a teamwork game. If there is only one bomb like Plant the Bomb game modes, there could be trolls like what people are saying people who just hold the delivering package in objective/stopwatch mode.

For once I agree.
To me execution just doesn’t fit dirty bomb and can frustrate a lot of players new or experienced.

Demolition sounds a lot more fun on the map Canal, all you got to do is make the spawns smaller, I mean Jesus look how far attackers walk across the map that’s never used or fought on.

I like it for the single fact that it makes it more important to stick together as a team; I’m not sure about the idea of having to press Use to pick up a dropped bomb but atleast as long as engineers are prioritized on having the bomb I am okay.

I already mentioned it but, low levels could get the bomb. I played a match and a level 4 Aura who doesn’t even revive got the bomb. I had to switch to Kushwanker to take that off her hand. The game isn’t CS:GO, you can’t make the gamemode work exectly like the one in CS and expect it to do all that well.

We had an AFK player on our team today who had the bomb that cost us 2 rounds. We tried vote kick. But since 1 single player voted NO out of 5 votes, the vote kick didn’t get passed.

I can see another problem where a player would want to troll their team by holding onto the bomb and sitting in the spawn.

I think the vote kick parameters needs to be adjusted for this game mode in order to remedy these problems.

Simple system for carrying the bomb: have it lying on the floor, in front of the attacking team. Who ever runs over it, picks it up automatically.

Also make sure (for the attacking team) it is very clear who has the bomb and where it is located.

it really slowed execution down to a crawl. I liked it better when everyone had the bomb
