Do you like SMART movement?
I like the idea maybe an improved one for low obstacles but the one from Brink is too extensive for Dirty Bomb I think.
I am personally sorry for the spelling error
I meant Did you like Smart movement my mistake, Thanks for pointing out
I’d have liked it more if it didn’t feel so automated and you could be more creative with it.
Helps bad players/console players move around easier. Adds nothing to the game for more experienced players, mostly takes away. In my opinion
I liked the sliding along the floor and climbing up to high places aspects of it but would have liked more control and the ability to trick jump and such, and no I didn’t vote in the poll since it’s too simplistic.
Nothing wrong with custom clothes? Look they are not needed in a shooter but everyone wants other clothes!
Since it is one of the most obvious form of revenue for a F2P shooter, it’s a pretty safe bet that there will be some sort of model customization in DB. No problem with that as long as it is done tastefully. There was nothing totally stupid in Brink, so let’s hope SD maintains its track record on that aspect.

Apparently you’re not the only one who thinks it’s a good idea… From the just-released CoD: Ghosts “Behind the Scenes” video (2:30):
And yes, that’s a full speed mantle à la SMART. They even have something that looks like the slide move from Brink (2:45). Clearly there were some serious brainstorming sessions at Infinity Ward to come up with these new and original ideas :rolleyes:

So much brainstorming! Here’s what it reminded me of (c/p from my Facebook when it was revealed);
“So CoD Ghosts has the Homefront story, BRINK game mechanics and Fallout companions. Revolutionary!..”
Anyway, so we’re back on topic. I liked the idea of SMART, but I think it could of been implemented better (for PC).
I never played Brink, but I dont like the conecpt of: look where you want to, push button x to go there. I prefer a certain skill level to do some trick jumps etc and not a mechanism which does it for me.
