Meh, the ideas seem a bit implausible to me (I know ET isn’t a realism fps, but still…)

Also, i think the nade burst would be too much power with too little warning. For example, the power of airstrikes are balanced out because there’s 3 secs or so before the strike hits. Maybe if the nades were only primed to 2-3 secs, but the idea still seems kinda more accustomed to quake than ET.

The medic ability was already done in shrub (sort of) with fallen medics spawning med packs, and some people like it, some people don’t. I guess it’s just a case of different people looking for different things from their ET. I’m sure a lot of people would enjoy new abilities like nade bursts.

A mod I would like to play and even create if I had a mod team big for it would be something like True Combat in Q3 but with less realism hassle (like having to press a key to shoulder weapon before climbing a ladder bah, could happen automatically at least if even bother) and class based like ET. Not with exactly the same classes and more focused on skill based close combat fights.

I’d like to see a real frontline, meaning like in the real life. And defending bigger areas, not only flags. And maybe moving spawnpoints, like ships.

Yeah but as I said, probably too much focus (hazzle in details) on realism, and not class based. But I still hope it will be a great mod non the less. I liked TC a lot but the community around it was a bit too self centered.
