Soo after enjoying my lead skins for a while, I was wondering, since they are quite rare these days.

Do you still have them?

Have some but I got rid of most of them. I kept a few in case trading come into play since I knew they’d be rare, however now that standard cards won’t be tradeable then they’re just for show really, doubt I’ll use them.

I still have some gen2 I didn’t recycle. When they deleted Iron and Lead rarity, I hoped they’d release those skins as bronze variants because they are basically sand desert camo (for Lead) and rock desert camo (for Iron) which just relate to geographic situation of engagement. It wouldn’t be more out of context than the woodland camo from Bronze cards, considering mercs, in reality, should mostly wear more urban camo (Silver variant).

When I found out they were removing them I specifically tried to collect a couple for my favorite mercs to keep. I unfortunately found out super late and was only able to salvage some Fragger and Bushwhacker cards before they were removed forever. Now I play with them every now and then because the difference in “perks” isn’t noticeable and I enjoy the different camos.

I’ve a iron c41 Bush and an iron sporks as I’ve yet to get a bronze drop for either of those prime loadouts.

I haven’t recycled any leads in ages, years infact so I do also have some generation one laying around.

I saved all of my lead and irons since around the time they announced they were getting rid of them…just because.

I saved a couple of them. Mostly Thunder and Rhino cause they’re kinda trashy but show off the skin well.

I think I have one for aura lying around too
